Graphic Design & Brand Execution Translate complex healthcare and benefits information into clear, engaging visual formats across channels—reducing audiences’ cognitive load and improving understanding Create decision-support and explanatory visuals that help people take action with confidence Design marketing and communications assets — email templates, direct mail, digital ads, presentations, sales collateral, event materials, and branded documents that create understanding, drive action and help to achieve Evry Health’s goals Maintain and apply Evry Health's visual identity across all internal and external materials Support multi-channel member engagement campaigns and co-marketing programs with wellness and strategic partners Serve as a shared design resource for teams across the company, from Sales enablement to Clinical content Motion Design & Animation Create 2D animations for mobile and web — onboarding flows, micro-interactions, loading states, and feature illustrations Develop animated assets using After Effects, Rive, Lottie, and/or Blender, producing files ready for direct engineering implementation Produce motion graphics for marketing use cases including animated email headers, social content, and presentations Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure assets are performant and correctly integrated into our React Native app and web platform Asset Production & Developer Handoff Export deliverables in all required formats — Lottie/JSON, SVG, WebP, GIF, MP4, and PNG Produce clean, developer-ready files with documentation on behavior, trigger conditions, and looping logic Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates and organized asset libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all stakeholders 3–5+ years of professional graphic and/or motion design experience with a strong portfolio Understanding of visual hierarchy and how people scan and process information in various formats (mobile, web, presentations, etc.) Track record of creating clear, effective visual experiences that convey complex information Hands-on experience producing Lottie animations (via After Effects + Bodymovin or Rive) for mobile or web Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Figma Working knowledge of Blender for 3D asset creation and motion support Experience designing marketing collateral across print, digital, and email formats Strong digital illustration skills — icons, UI elements, characters, and environmental art Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver against deadlines Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Executive, Clinical, Engineering, and Sales stakeholders Nice to Have Experience with Remotion or code-driven animation tooling Familiarity with Spine for 2D skeletal animation Experience with Iterable, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms Background in healthcare, health insurance, or employee benefits Experience at a growth-stage or startup company
